  • Simply DM us on Instagram @popstudiosg or submit your request via our website. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can with availability and next steps!

  • Keep it simple, comfortable, and coordinated! Neutral or pastel tones are the safest and most flattering with our studio sets.

  • We only deliver the final set of edited images. RAW files are not included. If you have any feedback on the edits, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to work with you toward a solution.

  • We’ll send you a link via email to view and select your preferred images, along with clear instructions to guide you through the process.

    Want more photos? You can top up for additional images if you’d like — bundle rates (via email) are available too!

  • Yes, you can — as long as time permits during your session.

    In most cases, a standard shoot can comfortably cover our two main family sets, but feel free to let us know your preferences and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

  • Yes, you can postpone your booking with at least 5 days’ notice.

    If changes are made within 3 days, a $80 rescheduling fee will apply.

    The new date and time is subject to availability, and must be claimed within 1 month from your original booking date.

  • Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance will not incur any additional fees, but please note that full payment is non-refundable.

  • Yes, it is. Please use the loading bay lift from the car park for access.

  • We accept PayNow or bank transfer.
    Full payment is required to secure your booking.

  • Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Whether you have a specific theme, mood, or concept in mind, we’re happy to collaborate and customise the shoot to reflect your vision. Just share your thoughts with us — we’ll take it from there!

  • Yes, you can — but we kindly ask that you bring tape to cover the soles if you plan to wear shoes during the shoot. (applies to rental as well)

    This helps us keep the studio clean for everyone.

  • Yes, pets are welcome at POP Studio!

    We kindly ask that you carry them (if possible) while entering the studio to help keep the space clean.


    A $20 cleaning fee per pet will be charged. (applies to rental as well)

  • Yes! Our studio is equipped with both a changing room and a toilet for your convenience.

  • Please account for both setup and cleanup time in your booking. Entry is only allowed 5 minutes before your slot begins.

    A $15 fee applies for every 10-minute overrun past your booking time.

  • Our studio comfortably fits up to 25–30 pax. While we don’t provide chairs, we do have a few sofas and small stools for use.

  • Yes, you can! A cleaning fee of $50–$100 applies depending on the duration and size of your event. Kindly remove all trash after your session.
