We aim to deliver your full gallery within 4 to 6 weeks, but during peak periods, it may take up to 12 weeks as stated in our contract. We always prioritise quality and want you to receive the best.

We only deliver the final set of edited images. RAW files are not included. If you have any feedback on the edits, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to work with you toward a solution.

Absolutely. Just let us know your needs — whether it’s adding more hours, combining studio and outdoor shoots, or bundling maternity and newborn sessions.

We’ll keep a close eye on the forecast and work with you to reschedule if needed, or find a sheltered alternative nearby. POP studio can be an alternative as well - woohoo!

You’ll receive your images via a private online gallery for easy viewing and download. We also include a keepsake box with 16GB USB and we will courier it to you.

We accept PayNow to our UEN or bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due within 3 days after the shoot date.
